However, we are committed to ensuring that all visitors have access to the venue’s services and spaces to the greatest extent possible. Our approach includes:

  • Reasonable Modifications: Where structural alterations may compromise the historical significance of the museum, we implement reasonable modifications and accommodations to facilitate accessibility, such as portable ramps, alternate routes, and assistance from staff.

  • Mobility Access: For areas that are less accessible due to historic preservation, we provide alternative solutions, including assistance from staff, alternate routes, and seating arrangements that ensure all guests can enjoy events.

  • Visual & Hearing Impairments: Assistive listening devices, large-print materials, and audio description services may be available upon request. For guests requiring sign language interpretation, we request advance notice to arrange appropriate services.

  • Service Animals: Service animals are welcome in all publicly accessible areas of the venue.
